Account Deletion Process

At HaiSawit, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. Because the HaiSawit Scanner is an enterprise tool closely tied to event organization and attendance records, account deletion must be handled securely to preserve event integrity.

Steps to Request Deletion

1. Contact Administrator: Send an email to privacy@haisawit.co.id from the email address associated with your HaiSawit Organizer account.
2. Provide Details: Include your full name, your organizer ID (if known), and a clear statement requesting account deletion.
3. Verification: Our support team may reach out to your organization's primary contact to verify the request and ensure there are no ongoing events tied exclusively to your account.
4. Processing: Once verified, your account credentials and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 15 business days.

Data Retention

Please note that while your personal login credentials and profile information will be deleted, aggregated check-in statistics from past events you managed will be anonymized and retained for reporting purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
